Cannabis, weed, hashish or ganja - What's the difference?

Hemp or Cannabis is the name of the plant. Weed, marijuana and hash or hashish are different terms for products that are made from the plant. The words are often used interchangeably. Weed or marijuana is made from the dried flower tops and leaves of the cannabis plant. Hashish comes from the resin of the flower tops of the cannabis plant. By compressing the resin, a brown sticky layer is created. That is hashish. The Hindustani word Ganja is one of the oldest and most commonly used synonyms for cannabis flower, specifically marijuana or hashish.

Will I receive confirmation after my order?

After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation email. This contains all the details of your order. 

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, we do not have a minimum order amount. 

The seeds I want to order are not in stock. What now?

It may happen that certain seeds or the quantity you want are temporarily unavailable. You can enter your e-mail address on the product page with the request "Let me know when this product is back in stock." You will automatically receive an e-mail when the seeds are back in stock. You can also send an e-mail to info@rudys-farm.com  

Does Rudy's Farm also have a physical store?

No, we currently only have an online webshop. 

Which shipping methods can I choose?

Rudy's Farm ships orders safely and securely via Correos or UPS with Track & Trace. Customers in Spain also have the choice of Correos Express, also with Track & Trace. 

Where can I find the shipping costs for my country?

As soon as you click on “Add to Cart” on the product page, the “Cart” will open where you will immediately see theEstimate shipping costsincluding the estimated lead time. Click on your country and the desired carrier, the shipping cost will automaticly be added to the order amount. If your country is not listed, please send an email to info@rudys-farm.com so that we can determine the shipping costs and lead time to your country.

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my home?

This depends on which country you are located in and which shipping method you choose. . As soon as you click on “Add to Cart” on the product page, the “Cart” will open where you will immediately see theEstimate shipping costsincluding the estimated lead time. Can I also pick up my order at your physical address?

No, it is not possible to collect your order from our physical address.

At Rudy´s Farm you can pay in the following ways: 

 

Manual bank transfer:

Rudy's Farm accepts manual bank transfers from customers worldwide. The Payment Instruction on the order confirmation contains all the necessary information required to make error-free payment. 

 

Payment cards: 

Rudy's Farm accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide. 

 

Secure Redirection to bank:

iDEAL (The Netherlands) 

With iDEAL, customers in the Netherlands can pay directly via online transfers from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorize payments. 

 

Bancontact (Belgium) 

Rudy's Farm Accepts payments with Bancontact, the most popular payment method in Belgium. 

  

EPS (Austria/Germany) 

EPS allows customers in Austria and Germany to pay directly via online transfers from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorize payments. 

  

BLIK (Poland) 

BLIK allows customers in Poland to pay directly via online transfers from their bank account. Customers enter a six-digit code into the payment form via their banking app. The bank sends a push notification to your customer's mobile phone asking them to authorize the payment in their banking app. 

 

Przelewy24 (Poland) 

Przelewy24 (P24) allows customers in Poland to pay directly via online transfers from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorize payments. 

 

Wallets:

Mobile Pay (Denmark/Noorwegen/Zweden/Finland) 

MobilePay is a Scandinavian wallet that allows customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland to make payments via your app or on your website. Customers are guided to the MobilePay app during the payment process, where they immediately authorize the payment. 

 

Revolut Pay (Europe/UK)  

Revolut Pay is a digital wallet that stores payment card and bank account details. Popular in Europe and the United Kingdom. Supported countries are; Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Irland,  Italy, Norway, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Spain.

 

Vouchers: 

Multibanco (Portugal) 

Multibanco allows customers in Portugal to pay directly via online transfers from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page or to the nearest payment terminal to log in and approve payments. Popular in Portugal.
